Session 1 - Warm Up 8.00am Start 9.00am
Session 2- Warm Up 1.00pm Start 2.00pm
Session 3 - Warm Up 5.30pm Start 6.00pm
Session 4 - Warm Up 8.00 am Start 9.00am
Session 5 - Warm Up 1.00pm Start 2.00pm

THE USE OF MOBILE PHONES AND THE TAKING OF PHOTOGRAPHS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE POOLSIDE. ANYONE FOUND TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE CHANGING VILLAGE OR ADJACENT AREAS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EXCLUDED FROM THE COMPETITION AND ESCORTED OFF THE PREMISES.
