I am now accepting entries for the Derbyshire ASA Long Course Sprint Meet.
This will be held at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre on Sunday 3rd December.
Age is as at 31st December and this meet is aimed at ALL squads.
Please note there are qualifying times applicable to all 100m races and 200IM, however there are only Upper Limit (No Faster than) Times for all 50m events.

Entries are £6.00 per event, plus the additional £1 per swimmer for the coaches passes.Please make cheques payable to LESC or alternatively you can transfer the entry fees directly to the open Meet Bank Account (Please e mail for details).
The closing date for entries is Saturday 21st October in the box at West Park.
